Up in the Woods- this one is pretty traditional. Call and repeat the quartet then everyone repeats the quartet at a faster pace.

    Up in the woods,
    I met a bear
    A great big bear
    a way up there

    He looked at me
    I looked at him
    He sighted me
    I sighted him

    He said to me
    “why don’t you run?
    I see you ain’t
    got any gun.”

    And so I ran
    away from there
    but right behind
    Me was that bear

    In front of me
    there was a tree
    a great big tree
    in front of me

    the nearest branch
    was ten feet up
    I’d have to jump
    and trust my luck

    and so I jumped
    into the air
    but I missed that branch
    A way up there

    Now don’t you fret
    and don’t you frown
    ‘cause I caught that branch
    on the way back down

    That’s all there is
    there ain’t no more
    Unless I meet
    That bear once more

    The moral of
    this story be
    Don’t take a walk
    without a tree

Princess Pat- Call and repeat all the way
    The princess pat
    Lived in a tree
    She sailed across
    the 7 seas
    She sailed across
    the channel too
    and she brought with her
    a rigabamboo
    a rigabamboo

    Now what is that?
    It’s something made
    by the Princess Pat
    it’s red and gold
    and poiple too
    that’s why it’s called
    a rigabamboo
    a rigabamboo

    now Captain Jack
    had a mighty fine crew
    He sailed across
    the channel too
    but his ship sank
    And yours will too
    if you don’t take
    a rigabamboo
    a rigabamboo

The Moose Song- standard call and repeat
THere was a great big moose
He like to drink a lot of juice
there was a great big moose
he liked to drink a lot of juice

    chorus:
    Sing way oh, way oh
way oh, way oh, way oh, way oh
    Waaaaay oh, waaaaay oh
way oh, way oh, way oh, way oh

    His name was Fred
He liked to drink his juice in bed
    x2 then chorus
He drank his juice with care
but he spilled it in his hair
x2 (have someone pour water on their head) then chorus

“there’s a moose, on the loose, and he’s covered in juice!”
    chorus again

The Polar Bear song- insert a number, that number is the amount of people you have to hug before the next verse starts. end with inserting a specific person and getting a massive group hug (hint: warn them or make sure they’re ok with getting dogpiled)

Forty years on an ice berg
    bumpin along with the tide
    nothin’ to wear but pajamas
    nothin’ to do but slide

I think it’s getting cold out
the wind is beginning to bite
I think I’ll go for a walk now
and hug 3 polar bears tonight!

Boom chicka boom- camp classic. call and repeat. make up verses to your heart’s content. here are some of my faves.
I said a boom chicka boom
