If you will consider North Carolina, there are 3 good Girl Scout camps (you dont have to be a girl scout) There is Camp Graham, which is mostly a waterfront camp on the lake and they have a horse camp. There is Camp Mary Atkinson, which is partially air conditioned, and is mainly a horse camp. Then there is Camp Hardee, which is mostly an ocean based camp. There is also Camp of the Pines in Florida. Hope this helps.
