I think it can work but it really depends on the people who are involved. I’ve worked on staff with different couples and the ones who did it best knew that their relationship took a backseat to their job. The campers weren’t able to tell that they were dating because they interacted the way the rest of staff did. I think the key is to remember that your relationship should never affect the work you’re doing and it should never distract you from watching a camper.
