unhurriedheart asked: Just an advice tip for those who just got hired and it is their first year on staff: remember every single person before you and your counselors when you were campers were all in that same position at one point. Quite honestly as a third year counselor, I've learned that winging it is the best skill you can have. Also, take your time off to yourself at least once, you'll value it a lot more that way.
